A perfect delivery is our goal. We will ship orders Monday - Wednesday. Shipments are typically received within 1-3 days from when we fulfill your order, and you can expect a confirmation email with tracking number.

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders over $250.
If you are within our ground area network, we will use this method. If you reside outside our ground area network, you will automatically be upgraded to a shipping method that gets your box to you in 2 days.
Flat Rate shipping: Due to the nature of our products, meat orders are shipped via overnight or 2-day shipping. Rates are based on your geographic location. Please refer to the following to see your shipping rate:

SHIPPING TIME FRAME
We will ship orders within 5-7 business days of order date. We will only ship Monday to Wednesday in order to ensure your products arrive in good condition. All shipping will be via overnight or 2-day shipping.
*Please note we do not ship to PO boxes as this creates problems with the perishable products.

DRY ICE
Orders are shipping on dry ice. Some orders may come with dry ice still in the box. DO NOT TOUCH the dry ice, please wear gloves, and place it in a ventilated, room temperature area until the ice is gone. DO NOT place the dry ice in a trash can or waste container of any kind. DO NOT PLACE DRY ICE IN FREEZER!! It will burn up your motor.
